Saturday, 2/22

1. A morning at the park with the family!

2. Taking Leo to one of his friends' birthday party. Seeing him play with his best friend was the cutest thing ever!

3. Washing newborn baby clothes and the smell of Dreft detergent!

Sunday, 2/23

1. The first thing I think about when I wake up each morning is what day it is and what events are planned for this day...I love realizing it's Sunday and we get to stay in bed and not rush at all!

2. Seeing John off at the last leg of the Donna Breast Cancer Marathon Relay. It makes me so happy to see all of these runners working so hard for such a great cause. His team came in 9th place out of 177 teams. So proud of him!

3. A filet mignon cooked by John for dinner! Best meal ever!

Monday, 2/24

1. Being woken up by the sweet kicks of our soon-to-be-here baby boy!

2. Leo's big, wide smile when he sees me walk into his classroom to pick him up! Melts my heart!

3. A hot bath!

Tuesday, 2/25

1. A whine-free morning car ride to school.

2. Buying birthday party supplies for my April babies' birthday parties. Trying to take care of all the party preps. before this baby arrives.

3. An after dinner foot massage given by Isla, Leo, Palmer, and Hart! I'm one lucky mamma!

Wednesday, 2/26

1. Taking the day off from cleaning and giving Palmer and Hart my undecided attention. We built block castles, played play dough, and read books all morning.

2. Ice cream for lunch!

3. Sketching fairies with my Isla girl.

Thursday, 2/27

1. Picking up Isla from school at ten this morning because that's when the Dr. could see her about her ear (turns out she has an inner and outer ear infection). But I know Isla was so excited to hear her name being called over the intercom to go home, "ms. Huston, can we have Isla and her backpack for dismissal!" It's like every school kids dream to leave early!

2. All 4 of my babies napped at the same time today...so I did too!

3. Mother/Son night at Leo's school! He was super excited to "have me all to himself!" I cherished every second. He didn't want to do much of anything but seemed so happy just sitting with me, eating, talking, and laughing about what all was happening around us! It was a very special time for us.

Friday, 2/28

1. Running into my old neighbor in the publix parking lot and catching up while our kids ran around our cars.

2. Pictures of sleeping babies.

3. Built-ins installed!!! We finally have cabinets, drawers, and bookshelves in the great room!

Saturday, 2/8
1. Lounging around in bed on a cold wet morning.
2. Teaching Isla how to play the card game War by the fire.
3. Discovering a new restaurant for family dinners. Finding somewhere appropriate for a family of 6 with 4 children under 6 is pretty impossible!
Sunday, 2/9

1. Watching John take the kids fishing in our pond. Not a single fish around but they loved it!
2. The blue sky and warm sunshine.
3. A Target and Publix trip with my girl. I love how she reaches out to hold my hand as we are walking the aisles.
Monday, 2/10
1. Seeing a stork out back in our pond. He stood there all day long! Was he trying to tell me something?
2. Watching Isla work so hard on her Valentines for her classmates. "I'm not signing them love, Isla or xoxo, Isla because the boys would freak out!"
3. After the kids are asleep, and I'm picking up, I find a random sippy cup in the bathroom drawer. These things make me smile.

Tuesday, 2/11

1. Hart's 3 hour nap...mommy got to rest!

2. Isla and Leo's clean bill of health from the dentist.

3. Palmer's love for "Piggy and Doggy"

Wednesday, 2/12

1. The Fresh Market with Palmer and Hart...the candy isle is dangerous....sorry to whoever finds the half a piece of sour patch candy Palmer bit then threw back in the jar!

2. Bath time routines at 3:00 in the afternoon and getting my babies dressed up for a fancy birthday dinner out!

3. Celebrating my mamma's birthday!

Thursday, 2/13
1. Valentine donuts from Cinottis!
2. Isla running up to me after school and saying, "Mom, Casey gave me a Valentine today and at the bottom he wrote, 'P.S. I love you!'" She has loved Casey since September!
3. Reading Leo the book, "I'd know you anywhere, my love" and getting to the line which reads, "if you were a Blue-footed Booby..." And then hearing him say, "they said Booby!" He then cracked up for the rest of the story and I couldn't hold it in either. He's only 4!! Boys!!
Friday, 2/14
1. Valentine Balloons, bags of candy, heart shaped donuts, and strawberry milk for breakfast for my 4 loves!
2. Watching Isla and Leo open their bags of Valentine treats from their classmates on the kitchen floor after school.
3. A romantic night with the love of my life!

Saturday, 2/15

1. Palmer hugging me and saying, "mamma, I wuv you soooo much!"

2. Patting my lil Isla's back to sleep for a mid-day nap which never happens anymore. I napped right along with her.

3. 33 weeks pregnant and my last night being 33 years old!

Sunday, 2/16

1. Breakfast in bed for my 34th Birthday! Served by my 4 babies who came into my room singing Happy Birthday (sweetest sound ever!). Coffee, strawberries in cream, and a chocolate chip muffin.

2. A shopping spree at the mall with my lil lady!

3. A Sunday Night Dinner Birthday celebration at Coach and Gigi's. Pot Roast, Collards, and Cookies and cream ice cream cake. Yummy! It was a great day and I've been so blessed in these 34 years!

Monday, 2/17

1. A walk in the woods with Coach and the kids.

2. Finding a perfume I'm in love with!

3. A 6:30 pm bedtime for all kids because no one napped today! It was a long, relaxing evening with John!

Tuesday, 2/18

1. Getting my oil changed and car washed with my 3 boys in tow and having every stranger ask me if, "I was getting my girl this time." Every time I responded, "nope, it's a boy" and would wait for their sad faces...little did they know I "got my girl" first!!!

2. Taking care of my sweet, sick Isla this afternoon. John had to pick her up early from school after a call from the nurse let us know she had a fever. Sick babies are the worst yet it's so nice to cuddle with them.

3. Sushi dinner with John after kids were asleep.

Wednesday, 2/19

1. 33 week ultrasound! Seeing our little boy on screen for the last time until we see him face to face! He is 5lbs, head down, has lots of hair, and long legs! He's just precious!

2. Watching the kids play in the hose this afternoon...it was that warm outside!

3. A strawberry birthday cupcake treat from a friend tonight at ballet.

Thursday, 2/20

1. Getting my boys haircuts...including Hart! His first cut is so cute!

2. A new color for our front door.

3. One on one time with Hart tonight in the study! He rocked on his bear rocker while I sang songs to him.

Saturday, 2/1

1. "Take your child to library day!" The whole family participated in story time and then we played in the children's area and checked out books.

2. I got an hour away to do what I wanted. I grabbed a Starbucks salted caramel hot chocolate, looked around the dollar store for some treasures, and then stopped by the Fresh Market to pick up dinner.

3. Fancy Saturday night dinner with the family by candle light. A yummy salmon and Thai noodle dish made mamma and baby happy!

Sunday, 2/2

1. Blueberry lemon bread and hot coffee for breakfast.

2. Two birthday parties in one day.

3. Super Bowl commercials!

Monday, 2/3

1. The squeals of excitement that came from the kids when they saw the entrance to Disney World signs.

2. A moment in the park, on our way to It's a Small World and amidst the craziness, when I looked at my family and was just so happy! Thank God I have been blessed with them!

3. Crawling into our cozy bed after a long day of walking while 31 weeks pregnant. Our Disney Day Trip was so much fun! Even Brownie Bear enjoyed it!

Tuesday, 2/4

1. Waking up after a perfect nights sleep!

2. Palmer telling me he wanted "to take a rain!" It's his word for shower.

3. Laughing so hard my cheeks hurt and my eyes watered. The kids were doing a "recital" after dinner and Leo made up a new dance move that is awesome!

Wednesday, 2/5

1. Hearing our baby boys heart beat through the Doppler at 31 week appt.

2. Talks with Isla on our drive to ballet class.

3. Online shopping!

Thursday, 2/6

1. A trip to Hobby Lobby. I love that store! Crafts make me happy!

2. Making Isla a tutu skirt. Now I want to make one for her for every occasion.

3. An impromptu Thursday night dinner at Coach and Gigi's. Roast and collards on a cold rainy night a perfect way to end the day.

Friday, 2/7

1. Playing with my two baby boys...pirates, farm, Doc McStuffins, and dinner time.

2. Another recital in the loft.

3. Leo saying, "I'm so happy your my mom!" As I put him to bed.
