Tuesday, 3/25

1. A trip to target with my three boys!

2. Special time with Leo while Palmer and Hart took 3 hr. naps. We played play dough and laughed the whole time!

3. Everyone smiling and saying, "yay!" as they sat down for a dinner of eggs, bacon, pancakes, and grits!

Wednesday - Friday, 3/26-28

1. A walk to the park with Palmer and Hart!

2. Finding out I'm 3cm dilated!

3. Celebrating 39 weeks of pregnancy!

4. A bout of false labor Thursday night...my mom came over to spend the night but the second she got here contractions stopped. We ended up just having a fun time watching the Gators make it into the Elite Eight!

5. Buying Frozen on DVD!

6. Being SO ready to meet our baby boy!

 

Life

Monday, 3/17

1. Green pancakes with gold sprinkles for breakfast followed by a morning of St. Patrick's Day crafts.

2. My Dad got to go home today and all is right with the world!

3. I cooked a Guiness Beef Stew for dinner and it was amazing!

Tuesday, 3/18

1. Snuggles from Hart...I'm soaking them up knowing how jealous he's soon going to be...

2. A trip to the library with all four of my babies...it was nice to get out of the house after being stuck inside for 2 days.

3. Baked lemon chicken with feta and red peppers...this new menus 4 moms website is making meal planning so much easier!

Wednesday, 3/19

1. Dr appt. Today revealed that I'm about 2 cm dilated! I was 3 the day I delivered all the other boys. I'm calling next weekend for his arrival!

2. Isla letting me rest while she took over nap time routines for me. She put Palmer to sleep then Leo! I'm so lucky to have a mammas helper!

3. Mr. Squirmy in my belly every night starting at 8. Love the feeling!

Thursday, 3/20

1. A picnic and play at the park with my crew and Gigi!

2. An afternoon walk to our neighborhood park which led to an afternoon play date with neighbor friends in the driveway.

3. Dinner and a movie night and the movie was....Frozen! Everyone LOVES it!!!

Saturday, 3/22

1. A trip to the park with daddy!

2. A special trip out with my girl for her to pick out a craft and milkshakes...she choose a knit loom and has already made the new baby two adorable knit hats!

3. Early bedtimes.

Sunday, 3/23

1. A trip to St. Augustine...ice cream cones, a huge park, and a seafood festival with crafts, rides, and real wooden pirate swords made everyone happy!

2. Playing family frisbee in the back yard!

3. The excitement of wondering when labor will begin!

Saturday, 3/8

1. Sleeping in before we spring forward.

2. Isla's spring Carnival...she won the cake walk yet again...the girl wins every time she plays!

3. A late afternoon/evening alone with Hart while John took the others to see The Lego movie. I loved our special time together!

Monday, 3/10

1. Isla saying her dress had "noodle straps"...she meant spaghetti straps!

2. Crisp, clean, washed sheets on everybody's beds.

3. A hot bath and ice chips...I'm obsessed with chewing on them!

Tuesday, 3/11

1. A beautiful sunny, blue sky on our drive to school.

2. Leo telling me, "I love you because you look so pretty when you go on Date Nights with Daddy." I guess I need to step up my everyday look!

3. Popcorn, hot chocolate, and Despicable Me after dinner.

Wednesday, 3/12

1. A successful bypass surgery for my Dad! Thank you Lord!

Thursday, 3/13

1. Braiding Isla's hair for wacky hair day.

2. Visiting my dad in ICU and seeing how much better he was doing today!

3. Hart letting me rock and sing to him even after he finished his bottle. Usually he practically jumps out of my arms to get into his crib when his bottle is finished. Tonight he snuggled into me and let me sing to him and rock him and love on him. Tears were streaming down my cheeks. It's like he knows what's coming.

Friday, 3/14

This week has not been a good one! Yes, I found some happy moments that gave me life but mostly I've been consumed by worry and sad thoughts about my dad. Please pray for him that he will make a full recovery because right now he's just not the same Coach.

Saturday, 3/1
1. 35 weeks pregnant!
2. Lunch out at Papas...and the golf cart ride with all 4 kids on board afterwards.
3. Date night with John to a new favorite sushi restaurant!

Sunday, 3/2
1. Decorating our built-ins.
2. Nesting like crazy! Baby bag packed, car seats washed, car cleaned out, garage cleaned out, nursery closet organized. All is ready except for the bassinet and my bag.
3. Leo wishing on a star tonight...he wished for a bucketful of toy dinosaurs.

Monday, 3/3
1. Joining a new play group, meeting neighbor moms, and having fun at the park with Palmer and Hart.
2. A warm afternoon breeze.
3. Snapping green beans with Isla while cooking up a new dinner recipe.
Tuesday, 3/4
1. Scrambled eggs at Gigi's house.
2. Hearing "mama, mama, mama, mama, mama..." All day long. Even though sometimes it drives me crazy I know one day I'll miss it. So today it made me smile!
3. Rocking Hart to sleep while he drank his bottle. He's only going to be "the baby" for a short while longer.
Wednesday, 3/5
1. 35 week check-up which allowed me to hear our lil boys heartbeat. Nothing beats that swoosh, swoosh, swooshing sound!
2. A trip to the Disney store with Palmer and Hart. Anything Disney makes me happy!
3. A new suitcase purchase! It's now waiting to be packed for its first outing...the hospital.
Thursday, 3/6
Not a good day...got news that my dad will be having quadruple bypass surgery next Wednesday.
Friday, 3/7
1. Making sequined eggs for Easter decor.
2. John coming home early from work...I consider 5:00 early! TGIF!
3. Sewing our baby's hospital blanket.
