The party every mom of a little girl dreams about giving, the Princess Party! Isla wanted one for her 6th Birthday and I was so excited to deliver. Isla invited all the little girls from her Kindergarten class and some of her very bestest friends. They all came in their princess best and had a “ball.” When the girls arrived they stepped into the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to have their makeup applied.
(Love Palmer and Leo’s expression in this…it’s so like, “where the pirates at?”)
The moms nibbled on some goodies while the princesses then went in the backyard for a jewelry treasure hunt. They had to find a necklace, bracelet, and a ring. Then we made our way upstairs to the loft (or Cinderella’s Ballroom) for freeze dance and a game of pass the parcel. All the girls were handed a wrapped present and I read a Cinderella story. Every time I said the word “Cinderella” the girls had to pass the present they held to the right. At the end of the story they got to unwrap whatever present they were holding. So fun!
Then it was Princess Castle Pinata time!
After a yummy lunch of PBandJs, pink lemonade, fruit, and chick fil a chicken minis, it was Princess Ice Cream Parfait time. The girls made their own ice cream sundaes topped with syrup, whipped cream, cherries and sprinkles…every princess’ dream.

(Isla and her best friend from school, Snow White Sophia)
(Isla and Natalia, her friend since 2)
After presents there was more dancing and makeup applying. It was a perfect Princess party and I’ll never forget it and I don’t think she will either.
Happy Birthday to our Princess, Isla!
